The black keys consists of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney. Thales started out of Akron Ohio and met while in high school together and liked the same music. They built a fan base the old fashioned way by touring clubs and releasing lots of albums. There major breakthrough came with there album release called Brothers. There song Tighten Up, won three Grammy awards at the 2011 Grammys, and there music has appeared in over one hundred commercials. There latest album El Camino has received great reviews as well. I like the black keys a lot and learned about them over the last couple of years. I like what they bring and there own uniqueness seems really honest to me.
